How we manufacture our features

Every component is precision-cut from HDPE sheet using CNC routers and welded with UV-resistant welding rod for a clean, lasting bond. Features are foam-filled to maintain buoyancy, hold their shape, and stay quiet underfoot during riding. What truly sets WakeStation apart is our proprietary hot-bending technology — it creates smooth, rounded edges that are both structurally strong and safer for riders. The result is a feature that performs better on day one and continues performing years down the line.
